1. What Licence or licensing rights do I get with the graphics?
   Unless specified otherwise, all our graphics come with a PERSONAL USE ONLY licence. This means that you CAN use them for your own projects and or on your own website etc, but you CANNOT use them to create works for other people and you cannot sell or distribute them.
   
2. Do I need any special software to open the graphic files?
   You will need extracting software such as 7zip ( free download from www.7zip.org ) to unpack your purchase from the ZIP folder that it will arrive in.
   
3. Will I get an instant download of my purchase?
   After you have made your payment and your payment has been cleared by PayPal  (or other payment processors, if available) you will be sent an email with links for you to download your purchases.  You may also download your (digital) purchases at any time thereafter by logging into your account and going to your account downloads page.
   
4. Which methods of payment do you accept?
   Currently we accept credit card and debit card payments via Direct Bank Transfer and by PayPal.

5. Do you accept refunds / returns?
   No, we do not offer any refunds or returns on digital products, so please choose wisely before making a purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, it is not possible to return them or to prevent fraud with digital product returns, and therefore we have a strict no refund policy on all digital products (unless faulty – in which case please contact us immediately and we will resend the product or do our best to ensure that you receive a working product/file).
   
6. I cannot download my purchase! What shall I do?
   Simply contact us and we will help you.
